The issues we were raising were acknowledged and taken seriously by their director and head of operations, and they made an effort to fix those things. That was definitely welcomed. Initially, I felt that they weren’t necessarily thinking on our behalf. They were delivering what we said but weren’t coming back with better ways to do things. It felt like we were doing a lot of project management initially, but it was a lot better during the second phase. They brought on Gabrielle (Operations Manager) during the initial phase, to get on top of things, and it helped a lot. She was very effective in helping pull the project through. I did appreciate their acceptance of the issues.
