Gripped took us through a setup and consultation process to workout what needed doing, they them implemented the channels as agreed, optimised and made recommendations on audience and creative before giving deep insights into what was working and what needed tweaking so we could continually improve

1. Deliver a website redesign. Redesign the existing website to focus on our core value proposition, improve the website flow, and ultimately increase traffic and conversions. 
2. Improve our inbound demand gen, pipeline, and revenue by taking on the ad spend and LinkedIn social media promotion of our solution, refreshing our target audiences, and providing content to engage decision-makers.

Gripped delivered an incredible website, on budget and timeline. This was an initially an MVP (the core messaging and conversion route) and then added to for a version 2 that included resources and sector specific pages. 

Gripped also revamped all LinkedIn advertising, messaging and target accounts. They have been building content and ramping up the demand gen campaigns.

Project management was spot-on. Their app tracked all deliverables and timelines, and the projects delivered exactly when asked for, which was a challenging timescale.

We started with an initial three-month project, So far, during our time working with Gripped, they have led us through the process of expanding our existing target market and identifying new opportunities for Boundless as our business grows and evolves.

They project management is the best I have experienced from a vendor and I have worked with a lot. Our Account Manager is excellent in keeping us updated on everything and making sure we do our work of approvals. Deliverables always come on time and if there is ever a delay (which is often down to us) is clearly communicated.
