They’ve handled a full redesign of our website, not just individual pages. They’ve rebuilt the site to better reflect our positioning as a research lab, updating structure, visual design, and messaging throughout, rather than layering changes onto the existing site.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

The most measurable shift has been qualitative but clear: our brand presence has become noticeably more consistent and polished across channels. The website, video content, and marketing materials all started reading as one cohesive brand rather than disconnected pieces. Internally, having a reliable partner for video and content has also freed up our marketing team to focus on strategy rather than production. The redesigned website has given us a stronger foundation to support product launches and announcements going forward.We didn’t set formal KPIs like view counts or lead-generation targets for this engagement. The focus was on brand quality and consistency rather than performance metrics. That said, the improvement showed up in how the brand was received: content and site design that felt more aligned with how we wanted Reka to be perceived, both internally and by people encountering us for the first time. We were also able to send out monthly newsletters in a timely and professional manner.

They’ve also used AI in their own production process, which means video work that would normally take twice as long and cost twice as much comes together faster and more affordably without cutting quality.

From the first conversation, Harish was engaged and enthusiastic and their price was good. As soon as the project kicked off, they worked at a record pace to move designs over to Framer and then began the process of development. We worked through Slack for quick communication. We were updated daily on their remarkable progress. They've helped us bring our vision to life and go live in an extremely compressed time schedule. Our developer was Nisanth, and I can not say enough about his patience and kindness. I'd scream from the mountain tops of their skill and talent if I could.

• Goodspeed's prototype of our curriculum editor serves as a solid framework to build the full functionality that we need
• Similarly, many of the modules they've built throughout the site are in use and allowed our internal team to focus on other key deliverables

Describe their project management. Did they deliver items on time? How did they respond to your needs?

Yes, they are very responsive and communicative from a project management perspective.  They easily integrated into our Slack-based communication style, and have always been available for any meetings or discussions

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Given their expertise in working with Bubble.io on past projects, it was great to see how fast they were able to ramp up our project and understand what we were trying to build.  They take on any new requests eagerly, including when the request requires researching and prototyping.  This truly helped our internal team be able to focus on other areas, effectively scaling up our full team's capacity

Are there any areas for improvement or something Goodspeed could have done differently?

The platform we are building is pushing the envelope in many ways, so it takes a lot of planning and trial and effort to get desired results.  I think Goodspeed has done a great job being flexible in these regards and helping with research and prototyping.  As a result, there's nothing I can think of that they could have done differently.
