As soon as the project kicked off, they worked at a record pace to move designs over to Framer and then began the process of development. We worked through Slack for quick communication. We were updated daily on their remarkable progress. They've helped us bring our vision to life and go live in an extremely compressed time schedule. Our developer was Nisanth, and I can not say enough about his patience and kindness. I'd scream from the mountain tops of their skill and talent if I could.

• The team was happy to make edits along the way to make the project as nice as possible for me. 
• Devs were consistently available throughout the week and sometimes on weekends.
• Users from previous website were able to be transferred over to this new web app.

Delivered everything on time. Only delays were a result of either client-side edits or misunderstandings about specific details on some deliverables (easily cleared up through chat).

Create a dashboard so that:

1. The group of financial advisors can see their scores broken down
2. Understand the impact overtime

From a technical perspective, this involves:

• Using ChartJS Plugin to showcase the charts as per the mock up
• Re-factorising the data which involves:
  • New DB tables with the re-adjusted entries.
  • This would include a previously shared ERD to be approved from both sides.
  • The current tables won’t be modified to avoid causing issues with existing users.
• A new branch will be created and the queries pointing to the new DB tables will be changed here.(not in any of the already existing branches)
• Some button actions will be executed to trigger backend workflows that will migrate the already existing data to the new DB tables/structure
• Once data is migrated, all data will be compared from the original branch and the new one to make sure all numbers and specifications add up
• The dashboard UI will be built based on the final version,referencing the mock up
