Orbit29's initial priority was to design and develop an MVP within five weeks, which included a sign-up page with different package options, a members area for resources, and payment integration with Stripe. They followed a rigorous process of user journey design, flow definition, and development and testing using Hubspot CMS. Orbit29 did an excellent job of managing the project and communicating with us throughout the entire process. They used Slack for day-to-day communications and Notion for documentation, and we are proposing using Linear for future phases of work to track design and delivery. Their product manager was exceptional at managing various stakeholders in the organization and third parties. We also appreciated their personable approach, which made working with them a pleasure.

If something was going to run over, we knew way ahead of time because it was visible to everyone for obvious reasons, yet the whole project was still delivered earlier than planned.
