What challenge were you trying to address with Tessellate Design Studio Ltd?

I needed help with design and advertising tasks because our in-house designer had too much workload.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

Tessellate Design Studio Ltd produced design work for a big advertising campaign we did in the winter. Their team created a logo, a sub-brand identity, postcards, posters, flier templates, pull-up banners, stickers, and social media graphics. In addition, they took care of media ads for our Facebook and LinkedIn and also did print ads for newspaper advertising.

I worked with a managing director, a senior graphic designer, and a designer from Tessellate Design Studio Ltd's team.

How did you come to work with Tessellate Design Studio Ltd?

We wanted to work with someone local, so we emailed design agencies within our area. Tessellate Design Studio Ltd said they could do the work quickly at a good price, so we decided to go with them.

How much have you invested with them?

We spent £3,500 (approximately $4,300 USD) with them.

Are there any areas they could improve?

Tessellate Design Studio Ltd might need more support with their client-facing area because their design team was quick to respond to emails, but sometimes the fastest way to get a hold of them was via phone calls. Other than this, I didn't think they could improve anything because they did a great job in the little time they had to complete everything.
