We engaged with SDS to build not only our website but also our brand [new logo and theme]. We wanted to drive more contact through the website so it had to incorporate an online booking and payment system aswell as showcasing our treatments/services. Integrated Blog capabilty across all of our social media ensuring we sty top of seach engines in particular google.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We are top of the google search in our geographical and competitive area. More traffic is now coming through the website which is converting into sales. In general the project has given us a stringer identity and direction.

Website delivered on time and SDS were very reposnsive to our needs. Everything was approved by us prior to going live and any changes we wanted to make were discussed in the smallest detail. Always on hand and contactable. They now host for us and the ongoing support has been faultless.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Our values are aligned, and SDS Click was incredibly knowledgeable and professional. At no point were we worried about anything they just got on with it and were always on hand to reassure us. It was mind opening in the sense we thought we knew what we wanted until we spoke to Salim and the team who came up with a website which is so much more than we ever hoped for!

Design and create a mobile app for my sports network:

• It needed to host a library of educational video content from different categories.
• It needed to hold different brands and discount codes, some of which are single use.
• As some brands were working with marketing affiliates, the app needed to integrate with these too.
• The customers are football clubs with groups/squads of players so I wanted a group chat style messaging function and also a management portal where I or club owners can manage their own teams users.

A completed app approved and live on all app stores with customers onboarded

They delivered the project above the initial standard of the MVP we agreed. They were always on hand if ever I had questions, needed updates or wanted to make changes. Their communication was excellent throughout the process with regular calls to update and were always super accomodating if there were any emergency changes needed to the spec.

They had a real passion for my project, almost as much as me, wanting it to be a real success and make sure I was happy with what they produced.

SDS were asked to design and create a new website for our company. Key deliverables was to make this a really intuitive and user-friendly design for our customers.

SDS were very good at sticking to timelines and keeping me up to date on updates and progress. Website was delivered and made live on the date that we discussed on our kick of meeting which was great!

Yes all items were delivered on time. The team were very quick at replying to any queries or questions that I had via phone or email. We also had many virtual meetings to go through progress of the site and discuss any changes/requests etc
