What challenge were you trying to address with Noxtton?

We were looking to update and modernize our informational website, which we do every few years to incorporate newer technologies.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Noxtton provided website design and development, and they also updated our CRM [customer relationship management] system. We gave them a brief description of what we wanted, and we had the old website for reference. Noxtton redeveloped everything from scratch. They optimized the site to make it mobile friendly, which was our main objective.

We submitted an online tender and received inquiries from different companies around the world. We shortlisted Noxtton because their price was good and they were a new company looking to expand.

We’ve invested about $30,000.

What is the status of this engagement?

We signed the contract in September 2016, and they finished the project within 14 weeks.

Could you share any evidence that would demonstrate the productivity, quality of work, or the impact of the engagement?

I really like the quality of their work. The website is quick and responsive. Our employees and partners have said that it’s easily accessible. I’m very happy with it. We haven’t received any complaints about the site. The CRM is used by our employees, and they all love it. It’s simple to use.

How did Noxtton perform from a project management standpoint?

I communicated directly with a project manager. We used JIRA to oversee their performance. They’re very organized, and they always met the deadlines. The project was managed well, and I enjoyed working with them.

What did you find most impressive about Noxtton?

They were a new company when we started working with them. I found them to be very engaged and motivated. They always endeavored to deliver the highest quality work.

Are there any areas Noxtton could improve?

Everyone can improve something, but I didn’t have any issues with them.

Eshvi Limited is a jewelry production company with wholesale and retail channels. I am the owner and general director of the company.

What challenge were you trying to address with Noxtton?

I wanted to create an attractive customer website focusing on brand design and visual aesthetics. I had used other companies for this work in the past and wasn't satisfied.

What was the scope of their involvement?

I had an existing jewelry e-commerce site, and Noxtton made many changes to its general code and layout. Noxtton gave suggestions on how the current page could be improved. They also did some research on user behavior on the site in order to maximize our number of returning customers.

Noxtton also created a blog in order to provide a more interactive experience. The work was all related to e-commerce and SEO [search engine optimization].

How did you come to work with Noxtton?

Noxtton first contacted me with a marketing email. I appreciated that they'd done some research on my company, and gave me relevant information of what could be improved in order to create a better customer experience. I compared their offer to three other companies which contacted me and decided to choose Noxtton. They had reasonable prices and a good design portfolio.

The cost of Noxtton's work was around £40,000 [US $49,776].

What is the status of this engagement?

The contract with Noxtton started in August 2016, and the work is ongoing.

Could you share any evidence that would demonstrate the productivity, quality of work, or the impact of the engagement?

My website has improved significantly, and I'm planning to recommend Noxtton to my partners. For the project, I have access to specialized individuals for each section of the work, including a team of designers who worked on the layout and visual identity. Noxtton has a separate team for social media and SEO.

After Noxtton's involvement, my website traffic increased threefold. This is an important metric for me because it directly relates to sales. Moreover, it was organic growth and not a result of Google Ads.

We've made many changes to the website, but I haven't kept track of them individually. There were no bugs or other issues with the code, and the site has had nonstop uptime.

How did Noxtton perform from a project management standpoint?

I received reports at the end of each week, detailing how the site was looking, what changes had been made, and what the general progress was. I also received an SEO report showing how my traffic had changed, as well as what targeted users we were reaching. Noxtton stuck to deadlines well. We kept in touch by email for any issues which turned up, and I also had conference calls with Noxtton's team.

What did you find most impressive about Noxtton?

Noxtton is a new company with young team members. They coordinate well with each other and share the same values and vision. I wouldn't expect them to have 15 years of design experience, but the service delivered by Noxtton has been amazing.

I live in London and have used other web agencies which had the same costs as Noxtton but didn't deliver the same results.

Are there any areas Noxtton could improve?

Noxtton could add more people to its social media team in order to provide more diverse ideas for their clients.

We are a real estate company transferring to a real estate platform, which is going to offer investors the ability to invest online. We manage several real estate markets.

What challenge were you trying to address with Noxtton?

The change we wanted to implement was quite significant—we were transferring from traditional real estate to the online platform. Investments are now going to be made online.

We wanted to change many things, including becoming 100% paperless and changing our costs. We are still testing the new product and plan to relaunch in a few weeks or a month. We’re going to redo the whole real estate process, and we’re looking forward to it.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

We started the work with software development, which was mostly an ERP [enterprise resource planning] system with modules for a CRM [customer relationship management]. We started to change the real estate process and integrate it into this online platform.

Noxtton did the wireframe designs, internal system design (control panel), and website design. They also have the application design ready. Essentially, Noxtton worked on the three remote designs: the first one was the website, the second was the internal software, and the third one was the application. They designed and developed every single technical bit of it. Noxtton is still testing out the end product, which is going to be completed this week hopefully.

There are three teams currently working with our company. One team oversees web development and system development, whom I deal with directly. The team is made up of four developers and one designer. Those are the people that are working with me, but there are also other developers who are working with my partner.

How did you come to work with Noxtton?

We work with a company in digital marketing which was then acquired by Noxtton. As they already knew our company, they approached us about four or five months ago. We just went with the previous experience we had with the acquired company.

How much have you invested with Noxtton?

The web development, design, and the system development was about €65,000 [approx. $69,000], not considering other apps or services they provide like support and hosting. In total, it would be $120,000–$180,000.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working with Noxtton in mid-November 2016. The development is finished, and it’s now in testing. Now it’s on us to proceed with the launch.

Could you share any evidence that would demonstrate the productivity, quality of work, or the impact of the engagement?

I’ve worked with different companies in this sector, and Noxtton is the best one. The project’s kickoff was a bit slow because the company was a startup at that time. Additionally, the first couple of weeks were slow in terms of the delivery and what was expected of the timeline. Our timeline is now caught up, and we’re going to have one of the most advanced and beautiful modeling systems that I’ve seen. I’m really satisfied now.

They don’t issue anything if it’s untested. Of course, there are going to be minor bugs but nothing significant that’s going to affect processes or equations. They’re really good at their strategy to develop, test, and retest it. Noxtton's performance is high quality.

Their design team is quite small. It consists of two designers, a UI/UX [user interface/user experience] expert, and an analyst. That team provides useful feedback. If you tell them that you specifically need this on the website or app, they will respond effectively. Their design team is friendly. They have two mainstream design features—they can be corporate or trendy. We’ve managed to find a middle ground in that, and the product from there is really beautiful.

How did Noxtton perform from a project management standpoint?

Each team has an account manager who is in touch with our staff, analysts, and project managers. The communication is balanced, and there are no arguments among the staff members.

Noxtton’s communication is straightforward, which I enjoy. In companies, it often happens that somebody says something and they don’t agree, and it delays the whole development process. There is one account manager here who is in touch with us. I appreciate that as well.

At one point, we were roughly a week behind the expected timeline, and the work was not completed as fast as we expected. In the middle of the project, Noxtton could catch up and figure out what we wanted in the product. Then Noxtton became really good at mastering the process and understanding our needs. We’re now two weeks ahead of deadlines.

What did you find most impressive about Noxtton?

I’ve worked in this industry for 20 years, and I’ve seen many startups. All of them lack some of the experience. In Noxtton, the team is younger than 30 but have worked in major companies, so they’re experienced. Most people think that startups are not experienced and can’t deliver. In this case, Noxtton figured it out quickly. I really appreciated their performance and dedication to what they do. It was one of Noxtton's first projects, and they’ve been quite good.

Are there any areas Noxtton could improve?

Noxtton is a startup, so there will be some things which I did not catch or end up catching later. Noxtton has 25 people in the company, so communication is quick. They’re really fast and make decisions instantly, which sometimes might result in rash decisions and not very beneficial for businesses. The team is also intense in their working process, so I think there is a way to improve the process from inside.

What challenge were you trying to address with Noxtton?

We needed a partner to help us develop our software, including a website, an administration panel, and an app.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

Noxtton’s involvement was divided into several stages. First, we developed a website and an administration panel for restaurant owners and staff. These products are meant to help restaurants attract more clients. Using these tools, they can track the statistics and specifics for clients’ preferred dishes. We also created an application and website for the clients of those restaurants. Users can book tables, look at menus and special occasions, and get bonuses through the platform. As I mentioned, people can enter their food and restaurant preferences on the app.

In addition to development, Noxtton also provided marketing for the app and search engine optimization. The iOS and Android app are for the clients of the restaurants, while the website is for the restaurant owners. We worked with developers, designers, and project managers. Noxtton’s project managers helped me make my project happen by connecting me with their people. For example, if I didn’t like the designer’s page, I could talk with the designer to change it. However, I was talking to the managers most of the time.

How did you come to work with Noxtton?

My friend recommended Noxtton to me and I asked if they were able to make this software. They quickly replied and gave me feedback. When I asked another company for a quote, they proposed a higher cost than from what I got from Noxtton. Additionally, most of the conversations with Noxtton were in Russian, which really helped me.

How much have you invested with Noxtton?

The project cost about $50,000.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working with them June 2016 and the work was completed in December 2016. Work has stopped for the moment because we are signing more contracts with restaurants. I’m waiting on the confirmation of a group of restaurants, and it will go on further after that.

Could you share any evidence that would demonstrate the productivity, quality of work, or the impact of the engagement?

We had awesome results and received lots of good feedback. Users enjoyed the design and felt the platform was convenient. There was no bad feedback about that. There were bugs, but only during the testing period; we had no major bugs otherwise.

Before we stopped working with Noxtton, the promotion was going well. New restaurants were coming to our company in order to get a contract with us. This is the best feedback I can say about them and their promotion.

How did Noxtton perform from a project management standpoint?

Everything was done quickly and completed on time. The team is really professional and friendly. I really enjoyed the creative process with them as well as the conversations with the project managers and the designer.

They have a multilingual staff so we were able to talk in different languages. For example, my friend who doesn’t speak Russian can talk to them in English. Because I speak Russian, I can also talk to them in that language. This was really convenient for me.

What did you most impressive about Noxtton?

I really appreciated and enjoyed their work. They are unique in their approach with the clients that they have. If you don’t like something, they will change it to the extent where you will enjoy it, which happened to me.
