What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Project Estimate vs. Actual Cost: the project came in slightly over budget, but this was due to unforeseen complications and additional requests that deviated from the project's original scope. Website Design and User Experience: Made a significantly improved design compared to our previous current website's design. 

The overall look and feel created a more user-friendly and intuitive experience. Communication-weekly updates and discussions kept the project moving forward and on track.

The delivery of the project took place within the designated and agreed-upon timeframe. Even with modifications to the project's original scope, there were minimal delays; and this can be attributed their understanding of our needs and to best implement our requests.

Gencor is an ingredient supplier. We are a global company and supply dietary supplement, food, and beverage manufacturers with functional and clean, clinically studied ingredients.

We wanted to create a live digital experience for our sale team to use at Trade Shows. The site was created to navigate through our many ingredients, their benefits and clinical studies.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We chose this vendor based on price, experience and the speed at which they could complete the project.

We had a few meetings to discuss what we needed and how we envisioned the project. The Incode-systems team delivered a proposal and, once agreed to, their team set off and delivered mock-ups and wireframes for our site. After a few meetings, and changes, their team designed and developed a WordPress site. Which is were very happy with!

A project manager and a developer/designer.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

All of the sales staff and the management team reviewed and used the digital site at our Trade Show in October and they were all very happy with it.
