I’m the managing director and CEO of a holdings company that contains multiple businesses within it.

We brought them on for SEO and digital marketing services.

What was the scope of their involvement?

The objective was to boost all the rankings across our website. They also do our Google Ads and social media advertising. Additionally, they handle content and video creation.

At the first stage, they looked at everything we do online in regard to our current advertising and where we were positioned on Google and social media. Then, they created a strategy over 6–12 months.

What is the team composition?

I worked directly with 5–6 individuals who handled Google Ads management, SEO, and consulting.

We found them through Google. We chose them because of their background. They were high-established. Also the prospect of being dominant in our sector rather than just competing really appealed to me.

We’ve invested $2.5 million–$3 million.

What is the status of this engagement?

Our ongoing engagement started in February 2020.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Our website traffic, online sales, and inquiries have increased. Within our first month, our revenue was six figures on a particular website. It was a very successful campaign from the start. We have a dashboard that tells us all of the conversions for our e-commerce website. It tells us how much we spend on ads and gives our monthly management fees. We can track our website traffic all in one dashboard, a solution owned by Vindicta Digital.

They were very prompt at meeting deadlines. We never had any issues.

Their knowledge and the fact that they’re so far advanced in terms of techniques and strategies compared to other companies.
