Qream is always on schedule, which is important to me. On top of that, they’re extremely meticulous and precise, and their resources ask a lot of questions. For tools, we use Jira as the project management tool. We also have shared dashboards to track their work's progress. Additionally, we’ve had two meetings per week — one on Mondays, and one on Tuesdays — where we conduct planning sessions.
