Operations Manager. We are are locally owned wholesale and retail butchery and smallgoods manufacturer. We needed a new website for our retail outlet.

We have had a website for our retail outlet for many years, with many upgrades along the way. Our last upgrade was a little over 12 months ago and had requested that the new website be designed so it was future proofed as we were sick of having to get a new website build every few years.

What were your goals for this project?

We wanted a website that could easily grow as we needed it to and we also wanted to become more visual in the market and gain more traction on google etc.

After our first contact with Saint Rollox, we felt quite sure they could deliver what we required. They asked us many questions relating to our business that no other designer had ever asked. We felt that they were very aware of what was out there and had the knowledge to deliver what we required.

After the initial meeting, we had ongoing contact with Saint Rollox. We were kept up to date with progress. Ant queries we had, were answered promptly and efficiently. If we did not understand something, (as we are not web designers) it was explained to us in a manner that made sense to us, with out us feeling inadequate.

What was the team composition?

I only worked with the project manager assigned to us. All work was carried out promptly and efficiently, and above all expecations.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

After just several weeks, we have already noticed an increased customer presence on our website and facebook.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Our project manager was extremely easy to communicate with. He understood our requirements and offered advice on how a product could work for us. He contacted us daily with any questions that arose and responded promptly to any questions that we had.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

We were very impressed with the knowledge that our project manager had, and probably more so, the questions that he put forward to us. Right from the onset, we could tell that Saint Rollox were as company that knew their business, not just another web designer that simply builds websites, without properly catering for your requirements.

Are there any areas for improvement?

It would be silly to say that they can not improve, as we can all improve, however we've been blown away by their knowledge, professionalism and efficiency. We have not experienced this before, from any other company.

Online exposure was poor and limited when it came to finding the business on Google My Business and Google Search Ranking. Our goal was to compete on the first page of Google under specific keywords and also ensure our website was efficiently optimised for user friendliness, speed and clearly conveyed our services.

How did you select Saint Rollox and what were the deciding factors?

Firstly, Saint Rollox listened to our problem and didn't assume to have all the answers immediately. They went and analysed the issues and prosented them in a detailed report along with the recommended solutions. The website audit report was specific to our concerns and business and not just a quickly autogenerated report. They highlighted issues that were unknown by our web developer and was able to locate webpage rendering issues that severely impacted our bounce rate that we were unaware of. This personal and strategic service was a major deciding factor.

• Ensure our website is operating efficiently, effective, user friendly and optimally designed for our target audience.
• Provide insight on how we can being to rank on Page 1 of google for certain keywords.
• Optimise Google My Business to appear for target audience The steps taken with each Scope of Works item involved detailed discussions, implementation walkthrough, confirmation on completion, and then regular follow-ups to track the effect of the changes made.

Communication and honestly. Saint Rollox will always reply via email or phone call near immediately. And the honestly when invoicing their services for time spent.

Saint Rollox has a great track record of SEO implementation which was most important to me. Instead of building a template website myself, I can see the importance of letting Saint Rollox build an SEO proficient website to increase clients.

The outcome and final product were way over my expectations of what I thought it was going to be like. I was very impressed with the final result. Nothing was really changed from what Saint Rollox sent through which is also a testament to "they know what they are doing".
