Quickly build a scalable e-commerce website to sell hand sanitiser.

How did you select Scout Design and what were the deciding factors?

Word of mouth. We had used Ben before for other jobs.

Describe the project in detail and walk through the stages of the project.

Zoom call to discuss our ideas. Ben quoted and gave us time scales and objectives. We signed off. Ben Designed the website. Once approved, he then built the website.

We only had contact with Ben.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Ben took product concept and created 3D product visuals and a website within a tight schedule, in an easy and efficient manner. Our website is easy to navigate and allows visitors to find and purchase the products efficiently. Followed up by excellent digital marketing services.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

It was the smoothest process I have ever been a part of. They exceeded my expectations, and the team was incredibly timely and communicative.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

I had the pleasure of working with Ben throughout our whole build process. It's hard to find someone who has the design skills and technical knowledge to back it up.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

All very good.
