I’m the director of ECOPROMOCIONALES, a custom paper bag and to-go food boxes manufacturer.

What challenge were you trying to address with HasnainWP?

We’re a small company, and we unload things manually every day. We needed help with our platform.

What was the scope of their involvement?

I worked with him a couple of times with WordPress development. He creates the backend. He’s been working on security for both of our company websites regarding breaches.

I work with one person directly. There’s a team that works behind the scenes as well.

How much have you invested with them?

We spent less than $10,000.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working together in September 2020, and the work is ongoing. We have worked together several times.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

It’s something you can’t measure. The milestones that we negotiated have been fulfilled as promised and never took longer than I’ve asked for. They’ve done a great job. I’m working on a third website at the moment and I’m definitely going to hire him again. 

How did HasnainWP perform from a project management standpoint?

Project management is very good. They work independently and fulfill my requirements without issue. They provide regular reports and updates. We have cultural barriers with timing and sometimes language but we’re using a second language for both. It’s not an impediment at all.

What did you find most impressive about them?

I’ve worked with lots of offshore vendors and customer service was a problem and their patience was short. This was not the case with HasnainWP which is why we keep on working with them. I have nothing but good things to say about them.

Are there any areas they could improve?

They’re 8-10 hours away from us. Having a team or a couple of people that could assist him during several hours of our working periods would be helpful.

If you’re looking for WordPress assistance, they’re perfect.

For what projects/services did your company hire HasnainWP, and what were your goals?

We hired HasnainWP to revamp the WordPress website for one of our clients to achieve the required functionalities.

How did you select HasnainWP and what were the deciding factors?

The factors are included as a good reviewed profile on the freelance.com and having excellent skills and expertise.

We needed an excellent and modering-looking website, which the key feature of the booking system and schedule meeting. Technologies are used in this project are WordPress CMS and Elementor as a page builder.

How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

The only person who is Hasain Abbas, he is a WordPress developer.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

Having expertise in the WordPress CMS, and manage all range of projects. He delivered our dream website as we imaged, everything is perfect, and the website is responsive on all devices.

They managed the project in a very disciplined way and communication was outstanding.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The website he delivered is easy to manage, he also guided us that how we update the content, etc in the future if needed.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

When we launched the website by ourselves, the site has many problems, like it's not responsive and needs many functionalities to added which is required.
