We are a start-up business that needed an updated website to connect with our clients.

What were your goals for this project?

Our website needed to be a portal for clients to make appointments, a place to sell products, advertising who we are, and a place to blog, and speak about upcoming speaking and retreat events.

How did you select this vendor?

I placed an ad on Upworks.com. I selected the vendor due to his qualifications, speed in responding to me, availability, and his willingness to be flexible.

I had an existing website that needed a lot of updating and changes. The vendor did an amazing job with the information I gave him and all the extras he included and created. His knowledge of web design/development was awesome. Exactly what I was looking for since web design is not my area of expertise.

What was the team composition?

The team started and ended with the same individual which was a great selling point for me. I wanted to be able to work with the same person all the way through the project.

Can you share any information that demonstrates the impact that this project has had on your business?

The results far out reached my expectations. As of yet, I do not have any metrics to illustrate the difference in my business. I feel it will only be a positive shift in our business!

How was project management arranged and how effective was it?

I choose to work with a company from the US so I would not have any language barriers. He completed the work well before the deadline. We used Fooevent, google docs, one drive, mail chimp, stripe, appointment core, hubspot, linked in, facebook, instagram, YouTube, 360site.com

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Every issue he was able to handle quickly and resolve without any conflict. The work was completed before I expected and done with excellence!

I interviewed 3 different web developers and decided to go with Digital Brain Food because they were the most experienced and were the most personable.

Digital Brain Food was able provide a fully functioning multi vendor website where vendors were able to post their items for sale and customers were able to come on the platform, make and account and purchase what they were looking for.

The team consisted of just Ryan himself. It was only one person but his time and dedication made it seem like there was a whole team working on my project.

Can you share any information that demonstrates the impact that this project has had on your business?

My company being a fully internet based business, the creation of this website had a very large impact on my company.

How was project management arranged and how effective was it?

I sent Ryan a 10 page document explaining the gist of the company and explaining what it was I was trying to accomplish. He understood what I needed and delivered. When the site was done, we created shared a google document that had a list that I thought needed to be changed to the site.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

What sets Digital Brain Food apart from other companies is that they are very personable and work hard to get a finished product that exactly fits your needs.
