How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

I wanted to work with someone that had built a subscription-based/meal kit delivery e-commerce site before and knew the ins-and-outs of what would be possible.

Describe the project in detail and walk through the stages of the project.

The project included initial consultation and discovery phase, onboarding questionnaires to properly understand the project and goals. Then the design phase involved three rounds of approval and feedback, with some mini changes in between. Before launching we had a training and handover call.
