We gave them a task with an end date for delivering it to the client, and we let them run with it to see how they’d do. After a month of working with them, we would’ve adjusted if we needed to and put in more in-depth project management, but CODOTDEV did great in managing timelines and internal features. I didn’t have to hold their hands at all. We gave them an end date, and they delivered.
