Weekly meetings and status updates were great for planning and knowing exactly where we were on the timelines. Timelines and deadlines were consistently met, and difficulties or changes surmounted. I couldn't think of a better way for an outside team to communicate, it was really impressive. And I've worked with at least 100 vendors over the past 15 years. They were always friendly, professional, and willing to work to meet our requirements on products and timelines.
