The project was quite a complex one, especially since we needed it to be basic for the UI for the customer who may not be tech savvy. The goal was to take our functioning web app, convert it to a native mobile app, improve with new features and a better UI, based on what had learned to-date

The communication and project management was like no other team that was not internal. They truly are an augmented team, not just a vendor. They overdeliver on promises that are already lofty. Communication in slack was always responsive and clear. Weekly meetings and status updates were great for planning and knowing exactly where we were on the timelines. Timelines and deadlines were consistently met, and difficulties or changes surmounted. I couldn't think of a better way for an outside team to communicate, it was really impressive. And I've worked with at least 100 vendors over the past 15 years.
