I'm the COO of Rodeo Logistics. I leverage Zilker Partners to provide near-shore resources as staff augmentation.

I had previously worked for Zilker Partners and knew the kind of resources they provide.

I'm in the midst of building rodeo based software that allows producers to manager their events.

I provide my requirements to Zilker and have a conversation about the details around the job. They take that to their team and start sourcing out conversations to see if there is interest in joining my team and vet them out as a valid option. We then interview them and who we move forward with.

Can you share any outcomes from the engagement that demonstrate progress or success?

I'm working with 2 other vendors and Zilker is winning the race on providing the best options across all roles.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Very easy workflow. I was the only point of contact and was not overwhelmed with handling the hiring process.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

I like how the company is managed and how they manage issues that arise.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Nothing. They are my primary sourcing company.
