We’re a small practice and our main goal is to provide care to our patients. We used to cover back-office tasks by ourselves, however, our resources were limited and all the time our staff was overloaded with the amount of work.

They took over our back-office needs which includes taking care of our medical billing, incoming patient calls, document management, and utilizing proper technology to automate routine tasks, and what was also important for us – patient information security and industry compliance.
