We approached 4-Serv to create an application to improve patient engagement by re-engineering the existing application. We wanted an application that has a great user experience with a clean and modern look to it. We had to make sure that the app development was in line with our agendas. The application had to be easy to use and navigate.

Also, easy to update and maintain. We found the developers that were a perfect fit for the project. They built a practice management billing software that met all of our app requirements, and telemedicine virtual patient encounters which enhanced communication with the patients.

The initial engagement was for 4 months where in the team discussed with our SME to collect requirements. They did the solution architecture, design and development, and hosting of the web application on cloud. Some of the key deliverables are mentioned below:

1. Reengineer existing website and application

4. Add additional patient-specific modules to the application

4-Serv team has been a great partner in the development of our web application. They were very patient during the requirements gathering phase and understanding our business model. The team came up with innovative ideas and solutions which helped us to make the application more user-friendly and to reach out to a larger audience. They were able to help us analyze and understand our business model and the requirements.

The partnership enabled us to be active in the healthcare domain. They were able to provide us with a very reliable and cost-effective solution. It saved costs because of cloud migration as it didn’t require any data center to maintain the server. They also provided us with a great platform that enabled us to scale our business. Engineer & product manager engages with full ownership and delivers the expected outcome.

Their team is an exceptional resource and they have been a consistent, reliable, and valuable partner. We have seen their work grow from their initial project proposal to their current state. We have been able to leverage their team of developers and designers to help us complete our goal promptly and maintain our operational speed.

We have also been able to leverage their experience and resources to ramp up our operational speed and to improve the quality of our deliverables. Google Meet acts as a sufficient communication tool and post review, the product manager and developer communicate any changes which are then implemented smoothly into the current application.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

We have been impressed with their work and their approach to come up with solutions that help us achieve our goals. We have been working with 4-Serv for a couple of years. We hired them to rebuild the website and application for our company and to provide ongoing support and maintenance.

The speed of service is already highlighted here. The end-to-end communication with developers has given us an edge on the project. They are very responsive, offer great communication, and they are always available to answer any questions we might have.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

The communication with the team without any barrier has led to meet all our requirements and deliverables. Since they’re still managing our application, we are pretty content with the services.

The idea was to follow the strategy which allowed us to fulfill our missions by managing our human resources effectively and efficiently, and to have better control over operations of Human Resources that encompasses strategic planning, workforce planning, employee development, employee relations, and performance management.

We wanted a software that simplifies the management of our organization’s human resources by providing a complete system for tracking employee performance and for managing the entire workforce.

The project followed from solution architecture, design, and development to hosting the web application on the cloud. They delivered the software development within 8 months.

When we started our search for a partner to help us build and manage our human resources, we had ideas on whom we wanted to partner with.
