I am the manager of Ken R. Ashworth & Associates Law firm

For what projects/services did your company hire Integrita Systems?

Our company needed our computers and network updated and we need IT services.

SOLUTION

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

Integrita had been maintaining our email. We interviewed them and knew they would be able to update our system and make us more efficient.

Describe the project in detail and walk through their service package.

They came and took a look at our office and computers and were able to analyze what would be needed. Integrita discussed in detail the upgrades needed as well as what would be the most cost-effective. Over a period of time updates and replacements were done and are now being maintained by Integrita.

How many resources from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

Everyone at Integrita worked with the owner, myself, and all of our employees. They were all very helpful and pivotal to the success.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Our law firm has become more efficient as a result of Integrita updating and supporting the computer infrastructure. Their IT services have been a great support to our company and in turn, we have been able to help our clients much more efficiently.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Their team has always been available to all our employees. We were able to be productive in helping our clients even during the pandemic. All of us at Ken Ashworth & Associates have been thankful that the team at Integrita is always helpful in whatever situation.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

We are impressed with the knowledge that this company has with IT services. They are always able to come up with a solution to a problem. Everyone at Integrita is helpful, patient, and always willing to solve any IT problem.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

We really do not have anything at this point that needs to be improved
