Rad Hires has provided us with two employees: a business analyst and a QA lead. The business analyst has 19 years of experience turning lending and service needs into clear requirements for a major agricultural lender. The QA lead has 12 years of experience leading test strategy and automation for an agricultural lender's digital lending platforms.

Chris (Founder & CEO) and Delfina (Account Manager) respond very quickly whenever I have an issue. They constantly check how the team is doing, making sure we're happy with their work. We communicate via virtual meetings, emails, and messaging apps.

RadHires helped us develop job descriptions to find the right talent in LATAM. Then they helped us find the ideal candidates for those jobs and prepared us for the interviews. During ongoing staffing, they provided operational support where necessary and were the primary contact for HR matters during ongoing engagements.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Radhires helped us outsource a lot of our delivery work, allowing our inhouse account managers to take on more clients at one time. This lead to growth in revenue, revenue per employee and the total amount of projects we could handle at one time

Describe their project management. Did they deliver items on time? How did they respond to your needs?

Rad Hires always provided exceptional customer service and delivered everything that was promised on time and in an easy to digest trello board. I could always message or call my account manager if I had any questions or concerns.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The speed and attention to detail on our project, even though we were probably on the lower end of revenue generated for Radhires. We never felt like an afterthought and were always taken care of.
