RadHires helped us develop job descriptions to find the right talent in LATAM. Then they helped us find the ideal candidates for those jobs and prepared us for the interviews. During ongoing staffing, they provided operational support where necessary and were the primary contact for HR matters during ongoing engagements.

Radhires helped us outsource a lot of our delivery work, allowing our inhouse account managers to take on more clients at one time. This lead to growth in revenue, revenue per employee and the total amount of projects we could handle at one time

Rad Hires always provided exceptional customer service and delivered everything that was promised on time and in an easy to digest trello board. I could always message or call my account manager if I had any questions or concerns.

The speed and attention to detail on our project, even though we were probably on the lower end of revenue generated for Radhires. We never felt like an afterthought and were always taken care of.
