Introduce your business and what you do there.

I’m the VP of engineering for a fleet tracking company.


What challenge were you trying to address with Lightcrest?

We needed someone to host our application.


What was the scope of their involvement?

Lightcrest manages and hosts the cloud infrastructure that our applications run on. They helped migrate our data from our previous host and set up everything for us. Their involvement is remote.

What is the team composition?

I work directly with a few people. They likely have others working behind the scenes.

How did you come to work with Lightcrest?

They found us. We went with them because they offered the right kind of services for a lower cost than other providers we evaluated.

How much have you invested with them?

We’ve spent several hundred thousand dollars on their services.

What is the status of this engagement?

Our collaboration started in June 2016 and is ongoing.


What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Lightcrest has been very good at dealing with any issues we’ve encountered in migration. Once everything was in place, we’ve had a few hiccups, but their team has been responsive in working with us to solve issues.
