Every release required several people and never went the same way twice. We needed infrastructure that would scale with the product rather than hold it back.

1. Fully automated CI/CD pipelines on GitHub Actions with separated dev / staging / production environments and automated quality checks at every stage.

2. Containerization of all microservices with Docker, orchestrated through Kubernetes - deployment time dropped from 2+ hours to 8 minutes.
