Please describe your company and your position there.

treXis is a Software Engineering Consulting Firm and I am an Executive Officer with treXis.

For what projects/services did your company hire Cloudsa, and what were your goals?

treXis hired Cloudsa to provide engineers for implementing online banking solutions and custom development for financial institutions. Our goals were to hire skilled engineers from Cloudsa in web development and mobile development to help accelerate our projects.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

Cloudsa had senior level experience in web development and mobile development within the fintech space and they had experience working on platforms we were implementing.

Describe the scope of work in detail, including the project steps, key deliverables, and technologies used.

Cloudsa was responsible for being client facing engineers who worked in an Agile environment to implement the client's requirements into an online banking platform as well as educate client engineers on the platform and to communicate with client stakeholders on specific features they implemented . They were responsible for attending SCRUM ceremonies, meet sprint deadlines and perform demos for clients on their work. Cloudsa was working with technologies like javascript, typescript, Angular and Android

How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

Cloudsa provided 5 engineers working in either web development or mobile Android engineering.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

Cloudsa always met our expectations, if they were ever blocked on an issue they found ways to fix the issue or raise it to customers who could fix the blocker. Cloudsa required minimal management as they handled everything in their space very well and communicated professionally with the customer when needed. They always meet sprint deliverables on time unless something from the customer side needed unblocking so they could move forward.

Describe their project management style, including communication tools and timeliness.

The project management was great, They regularly met deadlines and we never had unexpected turnovers. We communicated through Slack, Azure Devops and Google Meets.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

We had direct access to the whole team, which made it easier to communicate and the team were excellent communicators. The Sr. Engineer Nicolas was also very good at managing his team when time did not permit treXis to meet with them individually.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

No areas of improvement I can think of, they worked with us and continually met our expectations.
