The scope of our project is to create custom storefront website hosted on the client's domain fully branded to the cleint. 

• Integrate custom workflows that capture infomation from the patient and upon submission, send responses from the cleint's website to our backend platform via our API. 
• Create additional custom landing pages on client's website, integrate intake form with GHL. Build lead capture flow for patients who do not complete the intake form, so leads can be contacted at a later time.
• Consult with client to understand their website needs and preferences to make sure cleint's website refelcts the client brand/tone to user. Develop custom logos/ images color pallets to fit client needs
• Bring AI-driven approaches into the website we create for the client

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

• After techlusion completed our project, our client has seen about a 30% growth in conversions/ sales!

Khelan the CTO made himself available whever we needed him throughout our project, it is hard to find someone who is so deticated to the qulaify of their work. This ended up being a deciding factor to continue working with Khean and his team in the future.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Techlusion LLC helped us release a production-ready complex mobile and web app. The team focused on the infrastructure, implementation, and stabilization necessary to ensure key APIs performed as they should to provide the best performance possible given the complexity of the build. The team also provided strong technical judgment when navigating the complexity of mobile app development, including performance, UX, integrations, and release management.

Techlusion LLC released our app to the Apple App Store, Google Play, and the web. The app’s speed, navigation, and performance were all upgraded from before Techlusion LLC got involved in the project.

How did Techlusion LLC perform from a project management standpoint?

Techlusion LLC was great to work with. The team was easy to communicate with and very responsive to issues that arose. We communicated via email and messaging apps.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Techlusion LLC’s CTO-level leadership was a standout. The team had hands-on technical involvement, clear architectural direction, and personal accountability throughout the engagement. Moreover, Techlusion LLC had knowledge of the space and was very detail-oriented and structured in how they addressed task and team management.

Are there any areas they could improve?

Although we only worked with them for a short time, Techlusion LLC was able to step in and get the offshore team I was working with to fix tons of issues and get the platform where it needed to be after I had been trying to get it done for 3+ years and running into issues with the previous team. Techlusion LLC came in focused and with a plan and was patient when dealing with a team that seemed to lack the leadership necessary to get the platform production-ready. The team saved what I had invested years developing.

Techlusion LLC has successfully listed our app on the App Store and proven our MVP's viability. As a result, we've seen a 100% increase in user downloads YoY. Additionally, our site has seen 89,000 unique requests in the last year. Users love the design, and our retention rate is over 90%. Overall, the app has proven its value early with great thanks to the Techlusion team. 

How did Techlusion LLC perform from a project management standpoint?

Techlusion LLC has delivered on time. When the team hasn't delivered on time, it's been our problem as founders because there's so much to do, and we've tried to do too much at once. Thankfully, the Techlusion LLC team has been patient with us, guiding us and ensuring we stay in scope and deliver a great experience for our first-time users from the moment of installation. What did you find most impressive about them?

I'm impressed by Techlusion LLC's patience, code quality, and discipline to deliver. The best sign of a good dev shop: the team asks for clarity when something is ambiguous instead of guessing and shipping the wrong thing. Techlusion does this. It doesn't sound like a big deal until you've worked with teams that don't. At Majir, we would always recommend Techlusion for founders building real products who need experienced execution support. 

Are there any areas they could improve?

It would be great if Techlusion LLC had more resources. However, that's only because they've already given a lot. As founders, we always want more :))
