What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Techlusion LLC has completed 100% of the work. The team has tested everything to ensure there are no technical issues. The system has increased our efficiency, and we can now serve at least 25% more patients.

We brought Techlusion onto Majir to help us ship a mobile commerce app as we needed assistance to get our app on the App Store and validate PMF.

Techlusion LLC helped us get our app on the App Store and prove the value of our MVP. The team provided everything from infrastructure building to test validation and getting the app set up correctly on the cloud. Their expertise has helped us with an enterprise app from day one. The team has delivered code, app documentation, mobile listings, beta testing, and product development.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Techlusion LLC has successfully listed our app on the App Store and proven our MVP's viability. As a result, we've seen a 100% increase in user downloads YoY. Additionally, our site has seen 89,000 unique requests in the last year. Users love the design, and our retention rate is over 90%. Overall, the app has proven its value early with great thanks to the Techlusion team. 

How did Techlusion LLC perform from a project management standpoint?

Techlusion LLC has delivered on time. When the team hasn't delivered on time, it's been our problem as founders because there's so much to do, and we've tried to do too much at once. Thankfully, the Techlusion LLC team has been patient with us, guiding us and ensuring we stay in scope and deliver a great experience for our first-time users from the moment of installation. We communicate via virtual meetings, emails, and messaging apps.

What did you find most impressive about them?

I'm impressed by Techlusion LLC's patience, code quality, and discipline to deliver. The best sign of a good dev shop: the team asks for clarity when something is ambiguous instead of guessing and shipping the wrong thing. Techlusion does this. It doesn't sound like a big deal until you've worked with teams that don't. At Majir, we would always recommend Techlusion for founders building real products who need experienced execution support. 

Are there any areas they could improve?

It would be great if Techlusion LLC had more resources. However, that's only because they've already given a lot. As founders, we always want more :))
