In addition to engineering support, we also needed a team that could manage customer-facing communication and support our customers directly. The scope of work has included both engineering and customer operations support. On the engineering side, Jobsity helped us build and execute software products from the ground up, providing the technical resources needed to support development, implementation, and ongoing product improvements. On the customer operations side, they helped us build and support a team responsible for customer communication, including contact center functions and day-to-day customer interactions. As our business has evolved, their team has continued to adapt with us, helping with staffing, training, process improvements, reporting, and operational alignment. Key deliverables have included providing qualified technical and customer-facing talent, maintaining consistent communication and weekly alignment, supporting product execution, helping improve customer-facing workflows, and sharing data and insights that allow us to better understand performance and the customers we serve.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

The biggest measurable outcome has been our ability to scale both product execution and customer support more effectively. Jobsity has helped us increase engineering capacity, move software initiatives forward faster, and maintain consistent customer communication as our needs have grown. On the Contact Center side, we’ve also gained better visibility into customer interactions through reporting and shared data, which has helped us identify trends, improve processes, and better understand the customers we serve. Another major indicator of success is the longevity and growth of the partnership. We have continued expanding the scope of work with Jobsity because the teams they provide have become deeply integrated into our day-to-day operations and continue to deliver value as our business evolves.

Their project management has been one of the strongest parts of our partnership. They are very proactive, responsive, and organized. We have weekly calls to stay aligned on priorities, performance, upcoming changes, and anything that needs additional attention. They've been great about adapting as our needs and priorities have changed, often very quickly. When we bring up a concern or a new request, their team is responsive and works with us to find a solution rather than simply staying within a predefined scope. They consistently stay on top of deliverables and communication, but what I appreciate most is their willingness to understand what's happening within our organization and adjust alongside us. It truly feels like we are working with a partner rather than managing an outside vendor.

What has impressed me most is the culture and the people. Everyone I have worked with is hardworking, takes accountability, and is willing to step in and get things done. We have built an in-house web development agency for an enterprise healthcare client. As our relationship with this client has evolved, we have had a need to supplement our team with Drupal and React developers, as well as technical project management, technical QA, Dev-ops and some content loaders. Jobsity has been an indispensable partner in this effort.We have grown from a single developer to 6 Drupal staff, 2 react coders, 1 project manager, 2 technical QA engineers, 1 dev-ops engineer, and a dozen content managers (data entry operators).

Continued growth in billable hours on this account over the period, from approx. 600/month in early 2021 to over 1600 hours/month for these teams in May 2023.

Jobsity is very quick to respond to inquiries and requests, and in the few cases where we've had to make a change, they've made it quite painless. Everything I've ever asked for has been delivered in timely fashion, sometimes more so than I thought possible. They are very responsive to our detailed requests, notably for Drupal developers, who can be a bit harder to find.

Jobsity has a wealth of resources when it comes to finding excellent staff candidates. This is especially true when it comes to more esoteric needs such as Drupal developers; several other staffing agencies have come up short in this area. They also excel at customer service and are always available to us for any questions or needs we have. I feel well taken care of, and they obviously value our business. They're a really good fit for us.
