We needed to improve the efficiency of our existing ERP system, integrate it with our mobile application, and optimize key business processes. We also wanted to reduce manual work, improve data consistency and visibility, and provide a more scalable technology foundation to support our ongoing growth.

STRAIQ LLC has enhanced and evolved our existing ERP system, integrated it with our mobile application, and optimized key business processes across our wholesale operation. The team has improved and customized the ERP features most relevant to our day-to-day operations, including sales and order management, inventory and product information, customer management, operational workflows, and the integration of ERP data with the mobile application. STRAIQ LLC has also customized workflows and business rules to reduce manual tasks, improve information flow, and make the system more efficient and user-friendly for our teams. Moreover, the team has provided ongoing engineering support and technical consulting to help us continuously improve and scale our technology environment.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

STRAIQ LLC has delivered a more efficient and integrated ERP environment, with improved workflows and smoother information flow between the ERP system and the mobile application. The enhancements have resulted in reduced manual effort in day-to-day operations, improved data consistency and visibility, faster access to business information, and greater efficiency in managing sales and operational processes. Moreover, the improvements have provided a more scalable foundation for future process automation and system improvements.

Although we don’t have formal baseline metrics for all processes, we’ve seen measurable operational improvements, including fewer manual steps in key workflows, faster access to information through the ERP–mobile integration, improved data consistency, and reduced duplication of data entry. For example, before the project, information captured through the mobile operation required more manual handling and coordination with the ERP system. STRAIQ LLC has improved the integration between the mobile application and the ERP system, allowing information to flow more directly into the core system. This has reduced duplicate data entry, simplified the process for the sales team, and given the back-office team faster access to updated order and customer information.

STRAIQ LLC manages the project in a professional and collaborative manner, maintaining clear communication throughout the engagement and adapting to our evolving needs. The team is responsive and proactive in identifying issues and improvement opportunities, keeping the work focused on our business priorities. Moreover, STRAIQ LLC delivers according to the agreed timeline, with close coordination between the technical team and us. We mainly communicate through virtual meetings.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Are there any areas they could improve?

Overall, we’re very satisfied with STRAIQ LLC’s work. As with any technology project, having even more detailed requirements and process documentation from the beginning could have helped accelerate some decisions. However, STRAIQ LLC is flexible and responsive throughout the engagement, and we’ve been able to address these points collaboratively as the project has evolved.
