TECHBLEED has done the best work out of all the other vendors that I’ve worked with. Their team always goes above and beyond to make sure we’re being taken care of. During one instance, they had to run fiber optic cable extensions from the entrance of our building all the way to our suite. They worked with the owner of the building really worked through weekends to get that done properly. It’s evidence of how they will always figure out a way to do the job. They’re really good at cable installation and management, making sure that everything is in the right place.

The problems that we were having – there were configurations with our network where there would be problems that we would discover when we would come in on Monday morning to find out that our network would be down and no one knew about it. We'd have to get our MSP [managed services provider] team in the office. That never happens with TEKConn. I get a call in the morning saying there's a problem and, at the worse, they have someone in at 8 a.m. fixing it. I haven't lost a day's work due to problems that they can impact. Their people are competent and professional. When I personally call with a problem with my PC, they fix it. They're straight about it.
