Please describe your company and your position there.

I am the CEO of Sublime Digital Marketing Group we are a marketing and webdesign consulting firm.

For what projects/services did your company hire ABSO Technologies, Inc.?

We needed to upgrade our aging network and speed up our slow computers and make sure we had offsite backups. We also wanted to add security cameras to our office.

SOLUTION

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We looked them up online. After doing some research and they were the responded the quickest and were the most professional.

Describe the project in detail and walk through the stages of the project.

They came out and did an initial assessment of our current setup. After that the gave us a report of the challenges we faced as well as the best positioning for security cameras. After more review they provided us a quote and after we compared this to other vendors we went with them.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Yes, our network has been updated and we now have reliable backups. Our computers seem to operate better and we have a cool security system we can log into at any time from our phones or remotely.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

The workflow was smooth, very little to no hiccups at all.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

We're impressed by how prompt they were and that they delivered what they promised on time. Communication was grade A.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

We haven't worked with a ton of other I.T. companies to say what they could have improved. We are very happy with their response times, communication, and ultimate result.
