BastionPoint has served as an extension of myself; I can't be the on call IT department for the whole organization by myself, and BP has met us in the gap. They dutifully fill the gaps that I can't, whether for time or for knowledge. They've helped us best steward our money and resources, and they've gotten us through a few close calls on our dated IT systems, while working to upgrade those same systems within our budget. They also did a killer job as our sole IT vendor on a massive renovation project.

Our entire staff team is better secured, our network is better protected, our staff is much more knowledgeable, and we have on call support 24/7.

Sometimes, early interactions with support techs can be offputting or slow. BP has responded well to those moments, though, and have put a noticeable effort into recruiting and maintaining a stellar support staff.

We were looking for an IT firm to do vunerablily tests on our network and to then recommend and implement options to help protect our network. We needed someone who could white glove this to make it a simple but effective solution. We have since used Bastionpoint for additional support, infrastructure as a service, and working with compliancy.

Bastionpoint performed a security audit and reviewed our hardware and entire network. They provided and installed a firewall solution, configured VPN and reviewed our access policies.

As soon as they were engaged, they were very prompt and provided constant updates on the progress. We were very surprised and how effient they were, even when we made additional changes, they were able to accomidate and quickly get the network set up and working effieciently

They were so open about my options, the pros and cons of each option and what they thought would be the best overall solution. They went above and beyond our expepctations.... and they delivered. We were very impressed.

We were very pleased with their recommendations and performance!

I am the Managing Partner of a mid sized 40+ Employee CPA Firm with multiple locations.

For what projects/services did your company hire Bastionpoint Technology?

As our company continued to expand so did our IT Need, we reached out to Bastionpoint Technology about providing managed services along with a managed security stack along with hosted cloud services and some cybersecurity remediation that was needed. Since then, they have grown our infrastructure with Enterprise Wireless, a hybrid line of business application, and continue to support our needs and many of our clients.

SOLUTION

How did you selectBastionpoint Technology and what were the deciding factors?

We were looking online for several vendors and received word of mouth about Bastionpoint from a colleague. After talking with Jason and working for the last three years exclusively with Eric and the helpdesk team, their friendly, no pressure/hassle approach best suited our partners needs in getting just the right amount of support and infrastructure.

Describe the project in detail and walk through their service package.

They came in and upgraded our servers, and installed enterprise wifi, remediated and set us up with an offsite backup solution, migrated our email to Office 365, and continue to provide day to day support, hardware, and software for our firm. - To name a few.

How many resources from the bastionpoint Technology team worked with you, and what were their positions?

Their CIO Eric has been a breath of fresh air, along with Jason and George on some of the heavier lifting projects. Their helpdesk team is phenomenal in helping even our least technical person succeed!

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We have been able to pass several audits related to cybersecurity and feel more secure that ever before. Their services also helped lower our Cybersecurity liability insurance, and they have even stopped a couple of attempted data breaches.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

We do a majority of in-person meetings, follow-ups, and scheduling is always on time.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They actually commit to being part of our team, and they do what they say they will do. Even when something doesn't go as planned, they set the expectation beforehand so there is never any surprises. They always give 100% effort to ensure the project's success.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

I don't think so, we really appreciate their online payment portal as well as detailed billing so we know what issues our users face from month to month.

I am the operations manager for a distributorship supplying products and consumables to various marketplace environments.

We were looking for an IT firm to help strengthen the knowledge of our in house technology partner as well as hand hold us through a firewall replacement and cybersecurity assessment. We have since used Bastionpoint for additional support, infrastructure as a service, and working with compliancy.

We searched online but also had several words of recommendation for Bastionpoint and their staff. We had worked closely in the past with George, Chris and Eric who provided a wealth of knowledge across all platforms of managed services and we were comfortable because they were honest and explained the steps along the way.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

This project (along with many others) completed successfully and with quick turn around allowing us to pivot easily to WFH if needed as well as truing up some issues that were outstanding. We still have a current working relationship for other IT needs with the company.

The lines of communication were open and clear. Expectations were set on both side and all were met in a timely manner. From first interaction to wrap up. Giant Success.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Their willingness to go above and beyond to provide us the right solution has been impressive in the workflow. And, also educate us to the point where we did not have to micromanage the project and just waited on remediation and word from Bastionpoint that the work had been complete. Trusting in them to take care of us was easy and appreciated.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

They were very thorough in providing multiple solutions to fit our needs but certainly outlined the best "Bulletproof" method where I think the work was performed at a higher level because we were willing to trust their expertise versus what we thought we may know. No complaints!
