For what projects/services did your company hire DirectPointe, and what were your goals?

They are our IT support and service. They manage all our IT projects including servers, computers, phones, etc.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We have worked with DirectPointe in the past and they have great people that work with them who really care for their customers and do what ever it takes to get the job done. Cost, effectiveness, and customer service.

DirectPointe7 manages all our IT support and services each day. We have upgraded computer systems, changed EMR vendors, updated phone systems, etc. with the help of DirectPointe.

How many resources from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

We have one person that comes on site at least 2 times a week but they have a great customer service team who is knowledgeable about our company and issues that we have had in the past.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

They are always able to get through any projects we give them with successful solutions in a timely manner.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Very effective. We have a great relationship with them. They are timely and keep us up to date. We meet 1-2 times a month to discuss projects in the work.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

We're impressed with the way they take care of their customers.
