Describe the scope of work in detail. Please include a summary of key deliverables.

• Rebuild entire infrastructure from storage to backups to network design. 
• Put proper security and controls in place for ITAR and becoming CMMC compliant. 
• Managed services, backups, built and services all servers from physical to virtual, created enviornment for our windows 98 machines to still work but gapped from network. 
• Managed Firewalls, switches and network design. 
• Desktop support, Patches and Cyber security. 
• Put controls and policies in place to become CMMC compliant. 

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We've completed the infrastrure upgrade, we're still working towards compliance and this is only due to the rule not being released and final. Cyber team has not had any hiccups. Team has gone above and beyond expectations with all the pivots and projects inbetween the journey to the finishline.

Describe their project management. Did they deliver items on time? How did they respond to your needs?

We're a 24/7 operation, there are almost little to no windows for mistakes and hiccups. Their team comes to me with strategic plans on how to approach whatever the next task is. Response time when we need something has been very good. For their team to complete the tasks at hand without having to bring the organization to a halt is not only impressive but unbelievable.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The most unique thing about this group is they make it personal to themselves to ensure you have everything you need. I've had the pleasure to work with a few guys on this team that are unlike any other tech guys Ive ever met in my 20+ years in this industry. THese guys are out of sight. 

L., D., M., T., C., C., B are a few guys from their team that I speak to often and has made me better and more efficient at what I do. These guys are some of the best and FAIREST in the business. 

THe type of equipment we have in our company are things that are custom, dated and do not have an instruction manual. So it takes a very detailed group to even understand how our day to day operations run.

Are there any areas for improvement or something CorpInfoTech - (Corporate Information Technologies) could have done differently?

I really dont think there is.
