Most of what we do is full managed IT. We also handle the project work that comes with it: server migrations, office moves and buildouts, structured cabling, camera and NVR systems, and workstation replacement planned before the old machine dies.
Healthcare is our largest vertical. We support eleven dental practices along with eye care and veterinary offices, and we run that work through a dedicated branch, Asheville Dental IT. In practice that means scheduling upgrades around patients, working after hours when the operatories have to stay open, and knowing the imaging and practice management software before we touch it. Outside healthcare our clients include logistics, manufacturing, hospitality, retail, construction, and professional services firms.
Every endpoint we manage is checked daily against three separate systems: monitoring, antivirus, and backup. Gaps show up as findings on a report instead of as an outage six weeks later. Our three Clutch reviews average 5.0, and clients describe us as prompt, professional, and quick to answer.

Our previous system only kept recordings for 48 hours, but the new system has us at 13–14 days, which is a huge improvement. Additionally, our network is up and running; previously, my workstations couldn’t communicate with one another. We also noticed increased WiFi speeds for the entire building.
