Describe the scope of work in detail. Please include a summary of key deliverables.

We began the project with data protection.  Multi-layer back-up systems were put into place.  Second step was threat protection.  Anti-virus software, malware provention, password systems.  Third step was physical hardware changes to the network.  This was to ultimately establish VPN and remote working capabilities.   

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Each computer has been updated with all of the software that was decided upon.  The network hardware has been installed and is up and running.  The back-up systems report clean and complete image copies.  The system has been tested with one failed hard drive, and the image made quick work of the recovery.  Remote capailities are up and working fine.  It has saved numerous trips to the office to pull paperwork or other documentation that would previously required being on site. 

Describe their project management. Did they deliver items on time? How did they respond to your needs?

They have done a great job.  Typically they will remote access the computers after hours so as not to disturb us during the day.  Their abilities to to install software nearly instantly, meant no waiting on services.  The only thing that required waiting was for new hardware, but amazon delivers pretty fast. 

What was your primary form of communication with AdviseTech?

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Communication.  The team is easily accessable by phone.  Something comes up, just call.  There is no ticket system, or automated answering service.  No emails that leave you wondering when they will be responed to.  The heads of the company are directly involved and things get done very quickly, and with a true sense of care. 

Are there any areas for improvement or something AdviseTech could have done differently?

That is hard to answer.  We implemented the things that were advised to us.  They didn't recommend things that were outside of their scope, so handling them was straight forward.
