They’re fantastic. We receive constant e-mail updates from Marta. We’ve also set up several meetings. If there’s something that needs to be discussed in more detail, we typically do that through Google Meet. Marta used Loom, a professional video messaging platform, which gave us video tutorials of updates that had been done. There’s a lot of back-and-forth, and Martha was on top of everything the whole time. If we had any suggestions, she worked with us on them. Communication is key, and this has been a strong suit with them. Their attention to detail is spectacular; every little thing they do, they come back to us and make sure we’re happy with it. Anchor Marketing Co. works with what we desire for our end product versus what they have specifically in mind. Our open line of communication has made the biggest impact.
