Our main communication was through email or a 30–60 minute Zoom call, if needed. They had deadlines and told me it would only take a few weeks to launch, but it was my fault that the project took longer than expected because I didn’t have things prepared on my end. It was a new product, we needed to do photoshoots and all of that took a while, so if I had been prepared it would have fit their original timeline. What we found most impressive was the turnaround.
