I am the Owner/Broker of an insurance brokerage firm.

My experience with this company is I was dupped.  The SEO package offered was not produced. When I asked questions, there was no proof offered. They were unwilling to work with me, so it is my responsibility to let people know. I cannot stress enough that you don't want to use this agency for your SEO.

Esssential SEO - Traffice & Rankings - Improve your site's visibility and attract more qualified leads. Includes link building on 220+ directories, keyword reseach, monthly reorts, guaranteed 5 new keywords/month (+25 net rankings), and page redesigns for better user experience. None of this was delivered except a report on keywords.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Key word reports were given for half the time I was under contract. However, the remaining scope of work was not done. So it is hard to say if the keyword work was done either.

Items were not delivered. They were difficult to get a hold of and to communicate with. It was mostly done via email and couldn't get a phone conversation.

We were looking to develop a sales strategy for opening the US market for the environmental protection solutions that we offer

We wanted to develop a strategy for sourcing, contacting, and following up with new leads, with the end goal being the sale of our solutions in the US Market

We had a mutual connection within the company that referred us to them. We meet with them several times to discuss what we were looking for from them and the possibility of hiring them, and they develop a plan for us of what would be the strategy they would develop to accomplish the goals we had.

The strategy was very well structured so we decided to hire them.

At the beginning of the process we had several meetings to discuss what our goals were and what we were looking to accomplish with their help, and they began to develop a game plan for the company to follow to open the US Market for our environmental integrated solutions.

What was the team composition?

We worked closely with the two principles of the company and they were very involved in the whole process. Participating in regular sales strategies conference calls and developing the strategies to open the market for our solutions.

The strategies they developed for us have helped to significantly increase our presence in the two initial states we planned to target, and we currelty are working on 10+ projects, all coming from the strategies 1GS developed for us

The work flow was very effective. They were involve in every step of the the way and were very easy to reach

What did you find most impressive about this company?

I was very impressed at the structure of the strategy they developed for us, because it covered every aspect necessary to follow in order to reach the goal we had set. The strategies were very detailed, with their step by step process on how to carry them out.

Are there any areas for improvement?

There was a significant improvement in the number of projects we have now compared to what we had before we decided to hire them.
