FoundsScale helped Mailbox Project establish key categories, track incoming leads, and track them to close business. We did this through their technology to help understand our CAC and dive deeper into the LTV of our customers and focus on the right outreach.

Helping is seeing what our current CAC is and working to lower it. This success has helped us better pinpoint how to drive the correct type of leads to our business.

• We were spending a ton of time on manual processes to support our sales and marketing efforts. We knew that we could gain efficiency in our processes by taking advantage of the capabilities within HubSpot. We wanted to document our processes by creating a Revenue Operations Playbook for our sales team and implementing automation within HubSpot to launch sales outreach and execute successfully against the Revenue Operations Playbook

FounderScale worked with us to reduce manual data entry into HubSpot and to use HubSpot more effectively and efficiently. They helped us to develop automated workflows to manage our sales process. They created a Revenue Operations Playbook to guide our sales team and trained all our sales reps on HubSpot. They also worked with us to streamline our recruiting process

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

This was a high ROI HubSpot project. FounderScale helped us automate 40+ hours of monthly spreadsheet manipulation by effectively implementing the Hubspot API + Hubspot Ops hub. We significantly increased the accuracy of our data and the deliverability of our emails using automation and automated workflows. 

We were able to replace all import/export and manual work we were spending on email validation processes by implementing a repeatable, scalable workflow within Hubspot. FounderScale also helped us create and launch automated sales email sequences, including personalization and dedicated outreach inboxes. 

They also automated lead scoring and built out sales process workflows for us, including implementing deal pipeline stages and deal automation in HubSpot. Now we have the tools and reporting in place we need to grow our business

FounderScale is excellent at project management and helped us properly scope our requirements and time frames based on the needs of our business. Maria made sure our project stayed on track.

FounderScale worked with us to develop a Demand Gen stratagy for our ideal customer. This also included configuring Hubspot and other automation tools to roll out our stratagy. In addition to launching a newsletter and helping us grow our LinkedIn following FounderScale also worked with us to run webinars and other unique outreach programs.

FounderScale meet with us weekly and provided updates along with metrics each week. They responded quickly to all of our needs, and met all of our agreed to deadlines.

The level of customer service they provided to meet our exact needs was impressive. They were along very timely with all meetings and deliverables.

I would have like to have seen faster growth in our numbers, but that is likely more to do with the market than FounderScale.

I am the Marketing Coordinator for X3 Sports. I meet with FounderScale’s SEO department and approve their SEO content and strategy.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

FounderScale’s Founder, Josh Sweeney, is our Fractional CRO and he recommended the Revenue SEO product.

We prioritized a list of areas we would like to focus on in our business. From there, the SEO team conducted the SEO research and provided a 3-month roadmap. Every month we are presented with article, page and optimization concepts and their corresponding keyphrases. Upon approval, FounderScale writes and publishes the content.

I work directly with Selina, the SEO Lead, and Josh, the Founder.

We have seen an increase in form submissions and impressions have increased by 80%.

We developed several relationships with potential leads and closed 2 deals, leading to a potential ROI of 250%.

I was impressed with the innovative ideas and 5-star service they provided.

They could have set more clear expectations for the amount of work that was needed to do on our part to follow-up personally with messages within the campaigns.

Over the course of six meetings, the FounderScale team dug into our service offerings, target market, and differentiators. They developed a multi-channel tactical marketing strategy with content recommendations and a proposed schedule.

While there seemed to be a support team working in the background, we interfaced directly with the founder, Josh.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We now have a tangible plan to execute with our in-house team. It is too newly-deployed to have any results to share.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Very. The project structure the team follows is a weekly standing meeting with ongoing progress/updates until the final strategy is presented and approved.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

As a founder-led company themselves, FounderScale understands the unique challenges we face in scaling our organization with marketing that expands beyond the founder's personal network.

Is there any area for improvement or anything that could have been done differently?

As I shared with Josh, I do think milestone-based meetings and updates would be preferable to the weekly cadence.
