The support is very good, and they’ve been very proactive. They’re very responsive. If I call Trena at 7 PM, she’ll get someone to fix whatever we need. The team always makes themselves available around our schedules. I can’t think of any time they’ve missed a deadline, and they let us know how things are going. I always get a weekly update of how many hours they’ve worked. Overall, agencyQ is very communicative through Slack, email, and text if there’s an emergency. agencyQ is willing to jump in and help with whatever needs to get done. For example, with one of the sites, we asked them to test something that was outside the scope of their work. They let us know other things that needed to be fixed. The team is really great about doing more than we ask them to, in a good way.
