Goldstein Media approached me on a cold call and literally dared me not to consider using them. Their suggestions, recommendations, and pricing were accepted, and we've been together ever since.

Seth's team assessed the pages, its inner-workings, appearance, and functionality. After a period of sharing ideas and concerns, the site was developed and successfully launched with absolutely no issues.

There were at least three involved, as I worked directly with the project leader, a designer, and a writer. There were most likely others involved.

I’m the owner of Spencer Insurance Agency.

What challenge were you trying to address with Goldstein Media LLC?

We wanted to get our name out there digitally.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

Seth (Principal Creative Director) developed a WordPress website for me. He also performed some local page SEO and keywords. On the website, he made it possible for me to have a blog. He also maintains the site, updating it every quarter. The site is also mobile responsive.

What is the team composition?

I only worked with Seth.

How did you come to work with Goldstein Media LLC?

I met Seth through a networking group. We got to talking about what he does, and then he showed me examples of his work. After that, we decided to hire him.

How much have you invested with them?

For the website, it was around $4,000. Each month, we have an $80 maintenance fee.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working together in early 2010. The site was completed within that year, but Seth continues providing maintenance for us.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We use Google Analytics to track progress. When people call into our office for quotes, we do ask them where they heard of us. A lot of people say through our site or Google. We also receive direct quotes from our site. Their work has definitely been effective for our business.

How did Goldstein Media LLC perform from a project management standpoint?

They do a great job. When I need something, I just email Seth, and he takes care of what I need.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Seth gets right to it. Yesterday, we were updating the fall section of our site. After I sent him what I wanted, he put it up on the website within 30 minutes. He’s very responsive.

Are there any areas they could improve?

I don’t know. He does everything I would expect out of a web designer.

Have a good idea of what you want to accomplish through your website. Seth can help you design towards that purpose.

Got up close and personal with the company to need principals and understand the business. GMj associates critiqued the media currently in use. They submitted a proposal to identify what they determined to be critical steps to upgrade our positioning.

After review and discussions, the GM plan was initiated. Proposals were presented, discussed, revised, reviewed again...and again to make certain all copy was crystallized and clearly defined; final copy addressed the potential needs of our potential market and created a clear and common message through all forums.

GM had principal, Seth Goldstein, and two other team members to assist - graphic designer and social media analyst.
