Please describe your company and your position there.

We are a conversational marketing agency that includes chatbots, virtual assistants, and lead generation. We specialize in Facebook Messenger Bots.

For what projects/services did your company hire Digital Marketing Experts International?

We were a new company starting out and needed a website built, so we approached Digital Marketing Experts International (DMEI). We now still utilize DMEI for their PPC services on campaigns we run for ourselves and clients.

What were your goals for this project?

Our goal was to brand ourselves. Since we were emerging as a company, we needed to really push our name and brand out to businesses through a great website.

How did you select this vendor?

We wanted to go with someone who had the time to go over the project with us and make sure everything was taken care of. The owner called us diligently after every step of the process to ensure we were well taken care of. The fast response rate and portfolio from DMEI are what made us choose them and ultimately stay with them for their marketing services as well.

Describe the project in detail.

Our website design project started out with a kickoff call where we explained in detail the process from start to finish. We had a preview after one week, changes were made, and then we went live. After that, we continued with their marketing services like PPC management.

What was the team composition?

We started with the sales manager, were given an account manager, and ultimately got to meet with the owner.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The team at Digital Marketing Experts International (DMEI) created the perfect site for us. We were able to brand ourselves as conversational marketers and started reaching a broader audience. Within a few short months, we’ve started seeing success with our name getting out there and growing our business.
