 I’m the marketing manager for a managed IT services provider.

What challenge were you trying to address with Stride Creative Group?

We had updated our website, but we were unhappy with the results. We hired Stride Creative Group to help us revamp our website.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

They did design and development for our company website using WordPress. They also helped us update our logo. 

What is the team composition?

We worked with an account manager, a website designer, a copywriter, and one of the principals. They also had someone help with art direction for photography. 

How did you come to work with Stride Creative Group?

We wanted to work with a local company, so I did research on several of our options. Stride Creative Group’s style matched what we were looking for. In addition, when we met with them to discuss the project, we had a great rapport. 

How much have you invested with them?

I think we spent around $20,000. 

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working together in May 2019, and we launched the new website that September.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We’re very happy with the layout, it’s much more contemporary than our previous website. The copywriter we worked with was wonderful, and we’re pleased with the language on the website. Our industry can be jargon-heavy, but the descriptions on the website are clear and concise.  

How did Stride Creative Group perform from a project management standpoint?

The account manager was very good about updating us on their progress and telling us what was expected of our team. They were very communicative. 

What did you find most impressive about them?

They asked really good questions and dove deep to understand what we were trying to accomplish. They put in the effort to put forth a website that reflected the kind of company we are.  

Are there any areas they could improve? 

No. We’re very happy. They were a joy to work with. 

Do you have any advice for potential customers? 

Have a clear vision and articulate your goals. The more information you can share with them, the more they’ll be able to make your values come across through their work.
