Develop an API integration into SharePoint that allows us to connect to document libraries for display in Drupal. Move our community platform integration from Drupal 7 to Drupal 9 in a new functioning module.

1. Able to successfully read SharePoint list items through a functioning API. 
2. Demonstrate Drupal 7 community platform is working in Drupal 9.

We agreed on major milestones, timelines were realistic and agreed upon in advance of the work starting, and all clarifying questions were addressed on weekly virtual meetings.

One area of improvement is to establish early on the frequency of check-ins and schedules with clients. Very important during the onboarding phase.

I’m the senior director of digital marketing at Acquia, a digital experience company.

We needed help with strategic staff augmentation.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Mythic Digital, LLC provides development and architect resources for most of our projects focused on Drupal and JavaScript. We started the engagement by looking for a vendor with which we could augment our staff while building up our own internal team.

Overall, they’ve been helping us keep things situated and stable and set everything up — they play a critical role in our key projects, like rebuilding our public-facing marketing website from scratch. For the web revamp task, they’ve created interactive components in its UI and optimized everything to ensure that the platform is optimal and easy to update and maintain.

We’ve been working with a technical lead and four members of their development crew.

They were referred to us by our Drupal community and colleagues.

We’ve spent around $1 million with them.

Their development and coding work quality are very high and with minimal bugs.

How did Mythic Digital, LLC perform from a project management standpoint?

They’re good at staying within deadlines and budgets — their team consistently delivers upon those constraints. Communication is strong; they’re always available and very responsive. In addition to that, Mythic Digital, LLC’s team is flexible with working hours.

Regarding tools, we use Jira, Asana, GitHub, Slack, and Zoom.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Their depth of knowledge in terms of pupil development is their best attribute. They have the best practices and code standards for development.

Are there any areas they could improve?

I don’t think there’s anything they can improve on.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

I recommend being descriptive of what you’re looking for. Also, ensure to work closely with them and document as much as possible.
