Our website was hacked, so we needed help creating a new website.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Revolution Web Studios provides us with WordPress web development, SEO, and ongoing maintenance and support. I lost all the data and content from my old website that was hacked, but their team was able to implement everything back in the same system.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

The security of the website has been good and even though we don’t advertise our company as much, we still get more engagement, traffic, and positive feedback from visitors.

How did Revolution Web Studios perform from a project management standpoint?

Their project management is easy to follow and they provide us with cost-efficient solutions in a timely manner. Apart from that, their guidelines for the website are well-structured so it’s easy for us to understand.

We’re very impressed with their technical knowledge and their ability to make the development process more seamless and efficient for us.

I can’t think of anything they could improve on.

To get the most out of the engagement, make sure you have a good understanding of your business before moving forward.

Please describe your company and your position there.

I am the co-founder, co-owner, and Chief Technology Officer of Jetty IT Solutions. Jetty IT is a managed service provider that does more than just manage IT. We help develop solutions for any sized business to get them more productive and profitable while building cyber resilience. We custom tailor solutions for the businesses such that technology is no longer a hinderance.

For what projects/services did your company hire Revolution Web Studios?

We hired Revolution Web Studios to design our website, because Jeremy and his team truly understood our vision and what we wanted to accomplish. Not only did they deliver, but far exceeded our expectations.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We searched near and far for various options to design our website, but we did not want the standard looking page. We noticed that Revolution Web Studios was voted one of the best in the area and gave them a call. I liked their portfolio they presented and it resonated with what we were looking for as a company.

Describe the project in detail and walk through the stages of the project.

After the first phone call, we had a discovery meeting where we discussed what we wanted to achieve with our website. Then we had a pre-production meeting, where we talked about the stages of the website. Once production was done, we did a final run through over the website to see if we needed to make any changes. Then we went live with our website.

How many resources from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

I worked with primarily our project manager and web designer.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

I really liked the process of accomplishing the project. They were very transparent on the process and very quick to respond if I had additional questions. They made sure to gather all of the information they needed in the discovery and pre-production meetings so that their scope of work was right on point with what I needed to get accomplished.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Their communication was excellent and if I did not get them right away on the phone, they were quick to call me back or email.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They are thinking forward, hardworking, and excellent at their craft.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

They probably will need more staff, because they spend a lot of time really fine tuning and tweaking the projects to perfection. I only say that because I assume they will have many more customers and projects coming in the near future.
