As owner and lead attorney of The Law Offices of Patrick L. Cordero, the office has expanded to become one of the largest law firms in South Florida representing debtors in Chapter 7 and Chapter 13. With a staff of more than 50 members, we are dedicated to representing people who need simple and direct answers.
For what projects/services did your company hire Anvixa, and what were your goals?
Anvixa is our agency of record performing a full scope of services for our firm. Specifically social media marketing, content development, digital advertising, SEO, web development, and web ADA compliance, as well as production support for our television segments.
How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?
We were previously with another agency that managed our marketing and was seeking a change which occurred shortly before the pandemic. Anvixa was recommended to us by our IT company and once we met with their team and saw their portfolio we came onboard.

After going through a discovery phase, their team quickly started development on all our necessary items. From web development optimizations and web ADA compliance to a full social media content strategy and digital marketing campaign. Anvixa was able to take our website organically from the 6th page on google to the 1st.
Our cost for paid advertising has gone down since we switched over to Anvixa, while our leads have almost doubled. Our social media presence is cohesive, clean, and informative. Providing our followers with value-laden content that when viewed holistically, communicates our brand effectively.

We have an account manager that oversees the day to day requests, a dedicated team of designers and content writers creating unique content daily for social, as well as SEO strategists and digital marketers who work with Google to increase results.

In less than 6 months important keywords moved up to the first page. Increase conversions by 211% YTD We brought down the cost per conversion by 33% Social engagement is up 65% YOY

To see everything come to life was very exciting, in the beginning, we help multiple meetings for the various projects, from creating my new brand and selecting colors, to understanding the cycle of what I consider a qualified lead is. They set up chatbots, ads, landing pages to capture the leads.
What was the team composition?
After meeting Andrew, we had a meeting with his strategy team, then one account executive would keep in contact to coordinate all the projects. I have a creative director, a designer, a copywriter, and a manager at my disposal.
Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
Real estate takes time, I've listed and sold many properties and I show my social media platforms as part of my presentation. Without their service, I would feel like I'm not competing like other agents, and since I don't have the time due to family and life, they handle that aspect for me.
How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?
It became better as soon as I mentioned if I could work with someone who speaks Spanish, it's made a huge difference. Victoria is very lovely and professional.
What did you find most impressive about this company?
I was impressed with their understanding of real estate and also of South Florida.
Are there any areas for improvement?
It would be great if they offered training and seminars, but it's not their business model.

I've been involved in investment sales, development, and strategic acquisitions for over a decade. We're an established company and rank among the real estate leaders in South Florida with over 500 agents and a broad international broker network with multiple offices.

An ongoing effort to maximize our reach using both traditional and digital media. We needed to update our marketing to a more modern look and feel, as well as take advantage of what social media could offer.

Hiring someone with a passion for their craft was the most importing factor.

Anvixa gave strategies and then carried them out to our desired intent. From creating web platforms so our real estate agents could create marketing collateral, to overseeing the Google Ads campaigns for buyer leads and fully managing all our social profiles. Anvixa also creates the content for our weekly publication, as well as all our creative design products ranging from flyers and ads to trade show booths.
What was the team composition?
We have full support from a managing partner, a team of six dedicated to social media; two web developers, one copywriter, and one graphic designer. The requirements have changed overtime as we have picked up new exclusive developments to promote and a larger pool of real estate associates.

Since we started, we went from having 185 agents to well over 500. It was a big effort from the agency side and my own managers as well. Anvixa played a big roll in putting systems together and making it easy for us to do our business.

Being their first real estate client, we had some growing pains, although our feedback was always welcome, and they show us the what and the why so we could further be on board with new ideas. We used many tools to manage projects, and those would change too as our needs did.

Willingness to learn about our industry and adapt technology to help us better service our clients.
