Please describe your company and your position there.

I am the founder of Old Crow Painting, a craftsmen painting company in Tampa, FL specializing in historic homes, interiors, and commercial properties.

For what projects/services did your company hire Grove Brands, and what were your goals?

We were looking to improve our digital presence and grow our business through digital marketing tactics. Our main goal was to increase our revenues via the growth of incoming leads.

We looked at several local companies and landed on Grove Brands because of their varied experience and expertise in both branding and digital marketing.

We first did a discovery phase with Grove Brands which included looking into our processes and services. They then made recommendations on what would be the best course of action. They recommended a combination of social media management and well as search engine optimization. They set up a time to come shoot one of our projects and then began working on the backend SEO work, which included optimizing our website from a Technical SEO standpoint. They then began doing SEO research to determine the best keywords to shoot for.

Three resources including their CEO, Creative Director, and SEO Content Specialist

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

We saw a clear and measurable increase in our overall lead generation. Within the first month, their social media content went viral, with a post amassing over 50,000 organic impressions. This alone led to over 7 leads. Over time, leads continued to grow and revenues grew with them.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

We had one in person meeting and then they worked on setting everything else up. They requested good times and projects to come shoot and then arrived on time and were thorough. After the fact they edited everything and sent us options. On the SEO side, they worked autonomously, and the results have been great.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They literally doubled our business within two months. Their expertise was clear and they didn't wait around for us to get things done. They stand behind their work and are very easy to get in contact with. The quality of their work has been outstanding.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

I'm not sure we were fully prepared for the influx of inquiries after they started working. This wasn't a bad thing, but definitely forced us to make some decisions to handle the increase.
