Structure is required in order to hit goals. I feel that with Balkan Brothers, we get both. We get a lot of inspired work, and we get a great creative team at our disposal. But, that team is very conscious of deadlines and final results.

Even when we hit internal delays on our side, they were flexible and helped us re-prioritize without losing momentum. Every deliverable felt considered, intentional, and genuinely aligned with what we needed—even the things we didn’t know we needed yet. Deadlines were clear, progress was steady, and even when we took longer than expected on our end (which happened more than once), they were incredibly patient and flexible.

They have open minds and they try to understand what we want to do. They cater their approach to what we would like to do. They don’t have a mold that they try to put the customer into. They are very flexible and come up with a way to accommodate my ideas. One of the best features of their service is that they go out of their way to accommodate the customer. They are very friendly and listen to the customer. They make their approach fit the customer’s needs. If I happen to have the wrong idea about how to approach an issue, they will let me know. If my idea can be implemented, they look into it to see how they can accommodate me based on my requests. Anytime something came up, I shared with them and they tried to work with me and help me. I have no outstanding issues. They always tried to meet my expectations.
