We wanted to develop a website as well as an internal system to maintain our client database as well as information of our overall operation. Our clients pre-reserve burial spots as well as purchase burial spots when someone passes away. Nextvisible was responsible to develop a system as well as a website which will maintain bookkeeping and data of our clients. We also wanted them to help with digital marketing.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Nextvisible was able to develop the website/internal system which saved us Months of work in the back in and allowed us to create certificates for our clients who reserved burial spots. It also created a flow of process which took much longer time and manual work. It overall not only saved our time and manual work, but our organization is also being presented in a much better and more professional manner.

All of us at the leadership team have full-time jobs or business. Developing and managing the cemetery was our volunteer work. Nextvisible made out job easier and created a flow of work which allowed us to continue to manage operation of the cemetery manageable. We learned and new issues emerged as we developed and started burial. Nextvisible always submitted their portions on time as responded as we had to make many changes and asked for new features. We can’t thank enough for their professionalism and being available to support with many challenges.

Nextvisible is professional and flexible. We were very new to the cemetery business and didn’t really know what to expect. They not only helped with the internal system as well as the website, but they also made sure we are getting the most value for our investment. They continued to work with us to make sure our environment is safe and protected. It seemed they really care and were proactive in securing our system.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Nextvisible could have done differently?

One of the reasons we were successful is because of Nextvisible and their services. We couldn’t think of anything other than wish them the best!
